EFC EFC is a team of professionals with degrees and experience ranging from civil & structural engineering, to architecture and interior design. EFC is located on the island of Saipan, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and is staffed with local professionals, designers, and technicians, who have proven to be one of the top A&E as well as CM teams. Each professional has special skills, knowledge, and experience, with respect to design and construction management, a combination which is the key to providing complete and innovative ideas and solutions. We have experience in a wide range of projects: from comprehensive master planning of the Saipan International Airport, to the construction management of the Saipan Harbor Improvement Project, and civil design of numerous hotels and resorts, and architectural design of various buildings . Other projects include schools, churches, private residences, roads and subdivisions, and golf courses throughout the CNMI. Our in-house capabilities are currently unparalleled in the region. The office is equipped with the latest design and engineering CAD equipment.
