Pagan Airstrip
EFC provided master planning study for the Pagan Island airfield re-development. The Pagan Air strip was cut in half by a lava flow from a nearby volcano. The master plan identified the airfield’s potential and limitations. It also identified possible collaboration between civilian and military for the development of the facility.
