EFC
coordinated the project with the Commonwealth Ports Authority and
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) from initial planning. EFC
provided civil design, served as design team lead consultant, and
progressively reviewed construction documents for compliance with local
and federal design codes, environmental regulations, and FAA design
standards.
