The
KASE-II building was developed using concept drawings from a design
firm in Hawaii. EFC was the local firm selected to develop
construction drawings for the building. EFC also performed
construction management for a successful project completion. The building is located in Garapan, the central tourist district of the island. It provides space for as much as 7 retail stores, with the largest space for the ABC Store on the first floor. This building is also very unique in that it is the only one on island with an exterior escalator leading to the upper floor tenant spaces. |
