For this
project, the client provided its own construction project
manager. EFC was the primary advisor to the owner and was
directly responsible for the construction management over the civil
works and provided all the services for permit management for the
construction. La Fiesta Mall is the only mall in the CNMI and contains approximately 150,000 square feet of retail space. |
