EFC provided complete design and construction management for paving of the entire port area of 2,800 feet by 800 feet. The pavement is 14 inch thick of unreinforced concrete (PCC). This project ushered in the modernization of the port with capability to store over 5,000 containers including 37 specialty stalls for refrigerated containers.
